Your Brand Isn’t Broken—Maybe, You’ve Just Outgrown It

Here’s the truth that no one really says out loud:

We’re not the same people we were yesterday.

And neither are our brands.

That’s the beautiful, complicated part of growth—it doesn’t announce itself with fireworks. It creeps in quietly, in moments. In subtle discomfort. In the whisper of “this doesn’t fit anymore.”

Maybe you’ve built a business that looks polished from the outside. Maybe you’ve been showing up online, saying all the “right” things, hitting the milestones.

Maybe your clients are loving it. But behind closed doors, there’s a quiet voice:

“This isn’t really me anymore.”

I get it. I’ve been there—a few times.

A few website redesigns. A few real, soul-searching conversations about who I wanted the world to see me as.

What I wanted to be known for. What I wanted to stand for.

What actually mattered.

In my 20’s, I wanted my brand—both personal and professional—to scream fashion, fun, life of the party. I wanted to be the cool girl, the one in the know, in the mix. Give me the MTV crowd, the Coca-Cola campaigns, the fashion houses, the liquor brands, the celebs—give it all to me. That was the dream. And at the time? It made sense. It fit and its was F*cken epic.

But time changes things. Life changes, ALWAYS..

And while yes—I still love to have a good time (and if I’m being honest, I’m still often the life of the party)—what matters most to me now is impact.

To create real change in the world.

To discover and uncover my greatest possibilities—and to help other people do the same. To represent brands, people and projects that matter to me on a deep level.

That’s the part we don’t talk about enough:

The grief that can come from letting go of a version of you or a brand that once worked.

The confusion of wondering, “If I’m not her anymore... then who am I now?” “Do I even want to do things like this anymore.”

And the doubt: “If my brand’s not that anymore, then what is it now?”

Here’s what I want to tell you:

You’re not confused.

You’re evolving.

You’re not “off.”

You’re in the messy middle of becoming the next version of yourself—and your brand just hasn’t caught up yet.

That’s not failure.

That’s a signal.

It’s your cue to recalibrate. To reimagine.

To stop showing up like the past version of you—and start building a brand that aligns with your future.

That’s why I created The Founder’s Edit.

Because I know what it feels like to outgrow something that once fit like a glove.

And I know what it feels like to finally create a brand that feels like home.

So if you’re feeling the tension...

If you’re craving clarity...

If you’re stuck between who you were and who you’re becoming...

You’re not broken.

You’re becoming.
